-Maintaining Training, Audit and Appraisal Calendar every month.
-Handling employees grievances related to HR.
-EPF and ESI maintaining of all the Employees.
-Create and Calculate the Salary Sheet of Employees.
-Overall responsibility of man power planning and recruitments.
-Conduct Performance Appraisal of all the Employees.
-Preparation of personal files of New Joiner and the existing Employees.
-Handling all Leave related queries and maintaining records.
-Dealing with Final settlement of employees when they leave.
-Developing and implementing disciplinary policies.
-Drafting Generic Letters.
