    In the beneficiation process, jaw crusher is the most commonly used devices. As the first crushing equipment in beneficiation process, it has a pivotal role. In the process of stone production, in order to meet the different requirements of materials, jaw crusher is designed two feeding methods, and rational use of these two feeding methods will greatly improve and enhance the performance of stone production line.


    1. Materials enter from the center and fall through the circular groove and by the material distributing tray they are divided into two groups. One enters the impeller directly and the other falls from the rim of the distributing tray. Materials in the impeller are thrown out in high-speed and they strike with the materials launched from the impeller channel and finally the broken materials are discharged from the orifice.


    2. Material enter from the center of the jaw crusher : materials fall into the hopper, through the center hole into the high-speed rotation of the rotor after fully accelerated and thrown by the emission mouth, first with the rebound after freedom part of the whereabouts of percussive material, then went to the impact on the surrounding material swirling vortex cavity lining (or back on the block), the first to be bounced back to the top of the crushing chamber, the latter deflected downward movement, with the launch from the impeller out of the material impact to form a continuous material curtain finally discharged through the lower discharge port.
