START WITH DOWNLOADING THE NORTON POWER ERASER, THEN RUN A SCAN
Now, download:
• Norton Power Eraser on 64 bit Windows
• Norton Power Eraser on 32 bit Windows
Then click on the Ctrl + J key if you want to open the Downloads window on your computer, and then double click on the NPE.exe file. Click on Yes and Continue on the User Account Control window. See the license agreement and click on, yes Agree.
