(a) Registration Certificate – Valid for 3 years and Govt. Fee Rs…../-
(b) Form G – Any change in RC to be sent to concerned authority within 7 days of change (Normally establishment used to send it monthly basis).
© Registration Certificate issued to be displayed at reception or front office.
(c) Register in C, D and E format (Single register) to be maintained (may request to exempt to keep the register)for Attendance, Wages/Salary and deduction of wages.
(d) Exemption u/s 30 for night working of female employees. Renewal charge Rs. ……/
(a) Salary or Wages Register/Sheet to be maintained on monthly basis.
(b) Proof of issuance of Salary slip 24 hours before release of salary.
(c) Notice of Rate of Minimum Wages to be displayed – Once Only.
(d) Abstract of Payment of Wages Act to be displayed – Once Only.
(e) Register of Advance – Monthly
(f) Register of Overtime – Monthly
(g) Register of Fine – Monthly.
(h) Register of Deduction for damages or loss caused to the employer – Monthly.
(i) Register of Leave with Wages – Monthly.
(j) Leave Cards – to be amended at the time of sanctioned of leave.
