In the GST regime, all entities indulged in special category states with an annual turnover of Rs.10 lakhs and above, in case of other entities (except special category) if turnover exceed Rs. 20 lakhs or if involved in any kind of interstate category or included in list of specified categories has to obtain GST registration number. Whole procedure for GST registration is Online. Applicant /Tax payer is required to file an application within 30 days from the date on which they become obligatory for registration on GST website gst.gov.in along with the prescribed list of documents.
