We are hiring for fresher’s and experienced in the field of Customer Service Executives.
The candidate qualification must be intermediate minimum. Experienced and fresher’s may also welcome.
- Provides online help to customer to place orders. Take orders over phone and forward to procurement team.
- Answer the queries of both online and offline customers regarding registration, payment and delivery etc.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints over telephone and by email.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Enter new customer information into system and update existing customer information.
- Follow up the order status to ensure right time delivery to customer.
- Maintains record (database) of customer complaints and notify concerned department on timely basis
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problems.
- Fluent in Hindi, English, Telugu
- People handling, interpersonal skills, Multi tasking.
- Knowledge of invoice and non voice processes is preferred.
- Responsible for handling inbound and out bound calls
- These people would be interacting with the live customer service tele callers based via Voice and Non Voice.
- Strong logical skills needed.
- 0 to 3yrs experienced BPO candidates will be preferred.
