We are hiring for fresher’s and experienced in the field of Customer Service Executives.
The candidate qualification must be intermediate minimum. Experienced and fresher’s may also welcome.
• provides online help to customer to place orders. Take orders over phone and forward to procurement team.
• Answer the queries of both online and offline customers regarding registration, payment and delivery etc.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints over telephone and by email.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Enter new customer information into system and update existing customer information.
• Follow up the order status to ensure right time delivery to customer.
• Maintains record (database) of customer complaints and notify concerned department on timely basis
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problems.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different tasks, exploring opportunities to add value to job.
• Generates week wise, month wise, quarter wise &annual reports of customer satisfaction.
• Fluent in Hindi, English, Telugu
• People handling, interpersonal skills, Multi tasking.
• Data entry/ Data base maintenance and report generation
• Knowledge of invoice and non voice processes is preferred.
• Responsible for handling inbound and out bound calls
• These people would be interacting with the live customer service tele callers based via Voice and Non Voice.
• Strong logical skills needed.
• 0 to 3yrs experienced BPO candidates will be preferred.
