Custom Metal Casting

Die casting is a process in which under the high-pressure molten metal is forced into mold cavities. To get into the desired shape the metal gets harden. In today’s time, plastic molded parts have replaced die-casting; as compared to die-cast parts they are cheaper and lighter. Using a cold chamber or hot chamber process Custom Metal Casting can be done. Metal Casting is a process of displacing the liquefied metal into a cast, which has a hollow enclosed space in the desired form and then allows the metal to cool off and inure. The cast is the hollow cavity (or mold), and it yields the desired form that resembles the part being manufactured. Now the finished product is of the mold and ready to be polished. This process is used to make complex or tailor-made parts of the metal that is hard to manufacture or is very expensive via machining welding or other means.
