With the development of science and technology, China crusher machine have made a breakthrough in techniques and materials application.

It has been proved by years of tests and researches that smooth manganese steel lining board wears much more quickly than the rubber liner. The abrasion occurs only on the top of the rib. The part between the two ribs is abrasion-free. The abrasion of smooth rubber lining board and ribbed rubber liner is the same in unite time. Therefore, the abrasion of ribbed rubber liner is one third of the latter. The abrasion varies with machine size, speed and material hardness.

The experiment in Sweden has proved that the cost can be reduced by 5% after adopting rubber lining board on the discharge port, feed port and cylinder. The installation is two-fold faster than the manganese steel liners. In addition, the power consumption and weight are considerably reduced. The ball mill can operate without noise, so the working environment is improved. The crack can't be filled up with wood or steel when rubber lining board replaces steel plate. The liners must be well connected. The connecting place of the cylinder and end plate can be filled with rubber, the remaining with cement. Since the rubber is easily inflammable, the installation should be done in fire-proofing conditions.
