Raw materials such as marble, garnet, granite stone, angular stone, quartzite is loaded into the hopper, vibrating feeder will convey the stone into large jaw crusher for primary crushing, the production capacity can be up to 1200 tons per hour. The primarily crushed stone will be further crushed by impact crusher or cone crusher.
Stone quarry use ballast crusher and ballast crushing plant to get ballast.
Different type of crusher has different application. Ballast crushing and screening plant consists of jaw crusher, standard cone crusher, short head cone crusher, impact crusher, VSI crusher, mobile jaw crusher, portable cone crusher and mobile impact crusher. Besides, vibrating screen is used as sieving equipment, vibrating feeder as feeding equipment, belt conveyor as transferring equipment.
Ballast crushing and screening plant
In order to get the eligible stones for highway and railway, quarry usually use the complete ballast crushing plant. In ballast crushing plant, stones firstly enter into Jaw crusher for primary crushing, then through belt conveyor evenly enter into impact crusher or cone crusher for fine crushing. Finally, through vsi crusher stones mainly are cubic in shape. Vibrating screen is used as screening machine to screen out the different size of ballast. The ballast that are unqualified returns to the crushing plant for crushing again.
