* Check eligibility of the subject property. * Reviewing P & L statement and using various ratio's * Preparation of reconciliation statement and reviewing the cost and income approach. * Take decisions to approve/deny the appraisal. * Review different appraisals i.e. 1004, 1073, 2075, 1007 etc. * Review, add and clear conditions related to appraisal Evaluate property related Fraud Alert Flags to clear or document accordingly * Make outbound calls to Appraisers to resolve any issues needing clarification and/or unsupported valuation issues. * Order appraisal corrections through system * Rate appraisal quality. * Responsible for monitoring daily & weekly SLA. * Implemented new checklist for quality. * Review and underwrite appraisals in accordance with investor (Fannie/Freddie) and PMI guidelines * Communicate status with processors, Underwriting, Sales and clients as required to Meet established Production and Quality minimums on a consistent basis.
