The last couple of months my mission was to buy a new bed, and to be exact, a spring box bed. A lot of friends and colleagues rave about their spring box beds, so maybe it was time for me to buy one as well.
A few years ago, it was no problem for me to party through the night, have some sleep on a tiny mattress on the ground, and later those days perform in full at work. Of course I couldn’t do that for a few nights but one night was no problem.
Nowadays it’s a whole different story. My energy levels tend to be chronically low. I wake up after 6 hours of sleep, because my back is sore. I lay in my bed, trying to find a more comfortable position. After half an hour of tossing and turning, I barely am able to lift myself out of bed. Feeling like a zombie I shower, eat my breakfast, drink my coffee and read the paper. After an hour I slowly start to feel alive again.
It was definitely time to find a new bed; it did not give me enough support for a good night’s rest.So looking at beds at online furniture shops I came upon the box spring.

I bought my box spring, the Amstel Bed King at online furniture hong kong shop SofaSale. They had, in different sizes, a two color option and also two kinds of designer legs. I went for dark grey with chromed metal legs. It looks like a designer picture on pinterest.
But the most important thing is, it’s really providing better support. I still wake up sometimes but I turn around and continue to snore further, until my alarm clocks wakes me upbrutally.
