M4 - 8 oz Grilled chicken, 1 container steamed brocolli, 1 medium prepared potato

M5 - 1 scoop protein

I've been around 2000 calories a day on this eating routine, 1800-2400 is the extent i see with most days coming up comfortable 2k number. I skip one of the single scoop protein suppers around half of the time It appears.

I'm preparing 5 days a week on a truly regular split. Mid-section, Back, Legs/calves, Shoulders/Traps, Arms. I normal 12-16 working sets most days and i get 15-20 minutes of cardio in (this needs to progress)


I'll be supplementing the Nano-Vapor and Anotest Preworkout and utilizing the Nitrotech Post Workout.

I likewise have Orange triad for Multi, Bulk Bcaa and Glutamine and Oximega greens for the morning.
