MICROSOFT WORD 2010
This course will begin at the introduction level of MS Word and go through the intermediate level using MS Word 2010. You’ll learn the tricks of the trade: using copy, paste, formatting, font defaults, inserting graphics, hyperlinks, mail merge, creating labels, inserting border and text boxes in the documents, creating headers/footers and more!

This course will begin at the introduction level of Excel and continue through the intermediate level using MS Excel 2010. You’ll learn how to create worksheets, copy information from one cell to another, create formulas and charts, format cells, merge cells, and many more tricks of the trade!

MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2010
 Learn how to use Outlook to send and receive emails, manage your folders, create draft emails, delete and flag important messages, create contacts and tasks, access your calendar and create an out of office message.
